This Agreement shall apply to all services provided by the Company unless a separate agreement governs the specific services. In the case of conflict between this Agreement and any other agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.
This Terms of Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Qurator Corporate Services LLC - FZ (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), and the User (hereinafter referred to as the “User” or “You”). By using the services provided by the Company through its website, You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
The Company provides the following services: Accounting, bookkeeping and auditing activities; tax consultancy, management consultancy activities, immigration consultancy, and corporate services provider (CSP). These services are collectively referred to as the “Services”.
The Company does not provide Services to individuals or entities that are prohibited from receiving such services under the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any User if it determines, in its sole discretion, that providing services to such User would violate UAE law.
Account Registration
The User must ensure that all information provided during the registration process is accurate, current, and complete. Failure to provide accurate information may result in the suspension or termination of the User's account.
The User agrees to update their registration information to keep it accurate and complete. The Company is not responsible for any loss or damages arising from the User's failure to comply with this obligation.
Registration is not required to browse the public areas of the Company's website. However, access to certain features of the website, including the personal account section, requires the User to register an account.
To register an account, the User must provide the following information: Email address, Username, Password.
The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. No additional security measures are provided beyond the standard username and password login.
Use of the Website
The User agrees not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the website or the servers and networks connected to the website.
The User shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the website, through hacking, password mining, or any other means.
The User agrees to use the website solely for the purpose of accessing the Services provided by the Company. The User shall not upload, post, or otherwise transmit any content on the website.
The website is intended exclusively for the promotion and advertisement of the Company's services. Any unauthorized use of the website or its content is strictly prohibited.
Payment and Billing
The Company reserves the right to change its fees at any time. Any changes to fees will be posted on the Company's website, and it is the User's responsibility to review the website periodically for such changes. Fees posted on the Company's website shall be indicative only and the Company reserves the right to amend them based on the information and details provided by the User.
In the event of a dispute regarding payments, the User must notify the Company in writing within 14 days of the date of the transaction in question.
All payments for the Services must be made in advance via bank transfer to the Company's account.
The Company does not offer refunds for Services once payment has been made. In the event of non-payment, the Company reserves the right to refuse to provide the Services, unless otherwise provided by the Services Agreement entered into by and between the Company and the User.
Privacy and Data Protection
The Company may retain User's personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law. After such time, the Company will securely delete or anonymize the data.
The Company may transfer personal data to third-party service providers outside of the UAE, provided that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect the data.
The Company collects the following personal information from the User: Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Passport Details, Residency Information, Bank Details including Bank Statements, Emirates ID, and UAE Visa Information.
The collected information is protected in accordance with the minimum necessary measures required by UAE law. Users may request the deletion of their data or withdraw consent for its use.
Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any loss of data, profits, revenue, business opportunities, or any other financial losses arising out of or in connection with the use of the Services, whether foreseeable or not.
The User acknowledges that the Company provides the Services on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by UAE law.
The Company's liability to the User is limited to the amount of fees actually paid by the User to the Company for the Services.
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Services, to the fullest extent permitted by UAE law.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The User agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts for any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement and waives any objection to such jurisdiction.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
Modifications to the Agreement
The User acknowledges that it is their responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for any changes. The continued use of the Services after any changes to the Agreement have been posted constitutes the User's acceptance of those changes.
The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time to comply with changes in UAE law. The Company is not required to notify Users of such changes unless legally mandated to do so.
Termination of Services
Upon termination of the Services, the User's right to access or use the website and any related services will immediately cease. The Company will have no obligation to maintain or forward any data associated with the User's account.
The Company may terminate the provision of Services to the User at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to non-compliance with the terms of this Agreement.
The User may terminate their use of the Services at any time by deactivating their account.
Miscellaneous
Users agree not to:
Use the Services for any illegal purposes or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law;
Violate or encourage others to violate the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, user accounts, or computer systems;
Transmit any viruses, malware, or other types of malicious code;
Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services.
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Qurator Corporate Services LLC - FZ or its content suppliers and is protected by UAE and international copyright laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without explicit written permission from the Company.
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance under this Agreement (other than for delay in the payment of money due and payable hereunder) to the extent said failures or delays are proximately caused by causes beyond that party's reasonable control and occurring without its fault or negligence, including, without limitation, failure of suppliers, subcontractors, and carriers, or party to substantially meet its performance obligations under this Agreement, provided that, as a condition to the claim of non-liability, the party experiencing the difficulty shall give the other prompt written notice.
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Qurator Corporate Services LLC - FZ. The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

By using the Services, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. We may communicate with you by email, phone/mobile, via short messages or by posting notices on our website.
